Pacific Play Systems Completed Moreno Valley Playground Equipment Renovation and Rubberized Surfacing Installation at The Reserve at Rancho Belago Apartments
Moreno Valley Playground equipment renovation at the Reserve at Rancho Belago Apartments has recently been completed by the Carlsbad, CA based Pacific Play Systems, Inc. The Reserve, an apartment complex located in the Moreno Valley area of Riverside, CA, recently teamed up with San Diego based Pacific Play Systems on an exciting new commercial playground project. For The Reserve, Pacific Play furnished and installed a new Playcraft commercial playground and new poured-in-place rubberized surfacing, and completed a variety of pre-installation site work. By choosing Pacific Play to complete this project, The Reserve chose to support a local company with a locally manufactured West Coast product.
The new playground for The Reserve Apartments is bright and colorful with a primary color-scheme, and is designed specifically for children ages five to twelve. The playground’s custom design is oriented around a large hexagonal deck that contains a variety of components connected to it. Some of these components include a Poly Double Slide, six-foot-tall Spiral Slide, Bedrock Climber, Centipede Climber, Disc Climber, and more. The Reserve’s playground contains a Playseat at ground-level where children can sit, socialize, and take a quick rest from the fast-paced play action if desired. Additionally, a large and attractive twelve-foot by twelve-foot hexagonal shade canopy has been installed above the play system to keep children cool on hot days as well as protected from excessive sun exposure.
The Reserve playground project also included the furnishing and installation of new poured-in-place rubberized surfacing completed by Pacific Play. Pacific Play furnished and installed approximately 850 square feet of new rubberized surfacing along with the furnishing and installation of recycled crushed aggregate sub base. To separate the new rubberized surfacing from The Reserve’s existing landscaping, Pacific Play installed seventy linear feet of six-inch-wide mow curb thus creating an attractive border.
Finally, the Moreno Valley playground equipment renovation projects for The Reserve included a variety of site work completed by Pacific Play. The company completed removal and hauling of the play area’s existing turf, bushes, landscaping, trees, and 850 square feet of excess fill to create the required use zone for the new playground and surfacing. Additionally, the site was graded in order to provide a level play area. With the project now complete, The Reserve Apartments is thrilled to have an attractive, value-packed play system of the highest quality for their community to enjoy for many, many years!
